Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem, MA, for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will manage projects from concept to completion, including developing architectural designs, overseeing project requirements, and managing building documentation. Responsibilities will also include collaboration with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure project success. Candidates should bring a passion for design excellence and attention to detail while adhering to project schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture, including design development and construction documentation.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proficiency in relevant software tools.
- Knowledge of Project Management processes and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- An understanding of Submittals and document review for project deliverables.
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
