Responsibilities:
Quotations and Order Processing:
- Prepare and enter quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders for products and services.
- Work closely with the Outside Sales team, valve, gasket, and pump shops to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Build effective relationships and trust with customers through active listening and understanding of their needs.
- Follow up and expedite customer orders as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors on purchase orders, maintaining effective communication channels.
- Maintain both digital and physical files accurately to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Provide backup support for other Inside Sales representatives during their absence.
- Complete required training to gain knowledge of the company's product lines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Be punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong basic math skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- General office functions knowledge and a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
