What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Accounts Receivable Clerk - Flow Automotive Companies position at Flow Automotive Companies?
Flow Automotive Companies is seeking an Automotive Accounts Receivable Clerk. Previous accounting or dealership experience preferred. Candidates must have a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Duties include but may not be limited to:
- Process and track receivables from manufacturers, lenders, an customers
- Post and reconcile cash receipts, including checks and credit card payments
- Prepare and maintain accurate AR aging reports
- Work closely with sales, F&I, accounting, and management teams
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records in dealership accounting systems
- Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation as needed
- Have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
