Our campuses serve students in grades 3-8 through a project-based model where kids work on real-world challenges, develop critical thinking skills, and grow in a close-knit community of about 50 students. Our teachers know every student by name and our families are passionate advocates for what we are building.
The Role
As a Family Outreach Specialist you will be the face of Flourish in the Maricopa area. This is a part-time, community-facing role where you will attend local events, build relationships with prospective families, and guide them through the enrollment process. You will be out in the community starting conversations and helping families find a school their kids will love.
What You Will Be Doing
You are personable, organized, and self-motivated. You enjoy meeting new people and building trust quickly. You care about kids having a great education and can speak to that with passion and conviction. Previous experience in sales, outreach, or community engagement is a plus but not required.
Pay: $20 per hour
Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week, primarily afternoons and evenings between 3pm and 8pm on weekdays, with Saturday and Sunday availability during active recruitment periods
