Location - Scottsdale, AZ (Remote)

At Alera Group, our Employee Benefits team helps businesses provide comprehensive benefit packages to their employees. We’re seeking an Enrollment Services Coorindator who will support our existing and new client accounts.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Required

• Assist with filling out RFP's and gathering cenus and/or existing carrier material
• Complete illustration spreads once carrier proposals have been received
• Track the RFP/Proposal/Illustration/CM presentation process to make sure tasks get completed in a timely manner (keep RFP Tracker updated)
• Create QR Code/Scheduling LInk along with the New Hire Flyers when a new accounts starts utiulizing Enrollment Services
• Assist with Carrier Employer Applications and Termination letters when needed
• Assist with setting up and sending text message campaigns during OE
• Proven problem resolution skills with experience in project management
• Ability to partner with commercial clients and serve as a trusted resource and advisor
• Streamlining communication with key accounts and external vendors including insurance carriers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience working with Applied Epic, Salesforce, or similar systems
