Your Role
As an RDA at FLOSS Magnolia, you’ll be an essential part of the clinical team, helping ensure each patient visit runs smoothly and comfortably. Your responsibilities will include:
- Chairside assisting during general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
- Setting up, breaking down, and maintaining clean, organized treatment rooms
- Sterilizing instruments and following all infection control protocols
- Taking digital X-rays and impressions when needed
- Creating a calm, welcoming experience for patients throughout their visit
- Assisting with daily clinical flow to keep the schedule on track

What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant license (required)
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
- Dependable, professional, and motivated to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Experience with Open Dental or similar software is a plus
