Arrow Dental is a modern private dental office in Pearland seeking a dependable and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is cross-trained in both clinical and front office responsibilities.
This is an important role in a small, team-oriented practice where reliability, efficiency, and patient experience are a top priority. We are looking for someone who is confident chairside, comfortable communicating with patients, and willing to contribute to the overall flow and organization of the office.
We are seeking someone looking for a long-term position with opportunities to grow within the practice.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for general dental procedures
- Taking digital X-rays
- Preparing and breaking down operatories
- Sterilization and infection control
- Answering phones and scheduling patients
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Assisting with insurance verification and basic administrative tasks
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Supporting daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
Requirements
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Texas
- Experience with Patterson Eaglesoft REQUIRED
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
Preferred (but not required)
- Previous front desk or scheduling experience
- Insurance knowledge
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays (1–2 per month, shorter half-days)
