The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented HR Communications & Engagement Intern to support internal communications and help grow our social presence.
You’ll own day-to-day comms execution, collaborate cross-functionally, and help amplify our culture and brand. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build, write, publish, and measure work that reaches the entire company.

Responsibilities
Internal Communications
- Draft, edit, and prepare company-wide announcements, newsletters, and engagement campaigns for distribution
- In partnership with the Sr. Manager, manage day-to-day execution of internal email communications across company-wide, manager, and targeted team audiences.
- Support culture initiatives, recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and engagement moments
- Help maintain the internal editorial calendar and ensure communications align with business priorities
- Track performance metrics (open rates, engagement, participation) and share insights
- Research trends and best practices for employer brand and culture content
- Help create and test content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Propose ideas to grow visibility and engagement across social channels
- Track and report on growth metrics and engagement performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Interest in HR, communications, engagement, or brand strategy
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Basic understanding of content performance metrics is a plus
- A creative thinker who is not afraid to pitch ideas and experiment
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Slack, Iterable, or similar platforms is helpful
