FloSports is hiring an HR Coordinator to keep our people operations running smoothly. This is a highly detail-oriented, in-office role supporting payroll, onboarding, and core HR processes across the company. The Role

Responsibilities
- Manage background checks and pre-employment processes
- Own onboarding offboarding administration (HiBob preferred, ADP required)
- Support payroll processing and serve as backup for payroll benefits
- Coordinate benefits enrollment onboarding
- Maintain accurate personnel files and employee records
- Process employee changes (status updates, comp changes, etc.)
- Manage new hire swag onboarding experience
- Partner with HR, TA, and Finance to ensure smooth employee lifecycle operations
- 1–3 years experience in HR, payroll, or people operations
- Experience with ADP required (HiBob ATS a plus)
- Extremely detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end
- Experience with Canadian payroll and employment laws
