- Perform initial inspection and repair any identified issues while on-site; or implement a solution plan if needed
- Assess and report any quality issues in reference to the installation process
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Check and update field automation systems and databases
- Adhere to company procedures and protocols
- Be a team player willing to help installation crews and warehouse as needed
- MUST have Service Technician and/or installation experience with windows and doors
- Maintains the highest level of customer service and professional attitude
- Detail oriented
- Quality and precision focused
- Dependable and hardworking
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
