- Support the scheduling and management of appointments for our Measure Technicians
- Perform clerical tasks, including but not limited to data entry and document preparation
- Work collaboratively with other departmental staff to ensure smooth process flow
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with an emphasis on delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Evaluate customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and enhance service delivery
- Previous experience in client services or customer support roles is highly preferred
- Skilled in utilizing computer systems and software for documentation and communication, including CRM tools
- Familiarity with sales processes is beneficial but not required
