Description
We are seeking an administrative assistant to work in our lab. In this position you will be working in our lab along side our cytologists and histologists providing clerical support. There are lots of things to do, including mailing and faxing, copying and filing and scanning in results to patient charts. Prior experience with Epic is helpful. You will be responsible for maintaining electronic and hard copy filing. You will be responsible for answering phones, filling supply requests, and acting as the point of contact to our offices around the Tampa Bay area. Extreme attention to detail is required and confidentiality is necessary.
This position is from 12-8pm.
Requirements
Microsoft Office including Excel Worksheets and Email
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in email communications
Problem solving and time management skills are a must as you will work independently
Excellent customer service skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is desired but not required.
Successfully completing the HIPAA training
