Accounts Payable Specialist

Florida Urology Partners is growing with 20 offices around Tampa Bay we are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable to add to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and be proficient in Great Plains software.

Responsibilities:

- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

- Assist with month-end close procedures

- Prepare and analyze financial reports

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and accounting

- Proficiency in Great Plains software

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Health Care industry experience a plus

Requirements

Our offices are located near the airport / Westshore / International Mall area. This is a full time position and will be in-office (not remote)

Must have Great Plains proficiency

At least three years of AP experience
