About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Paralegal with experience or a strong interest in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration to join our growing legal team.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused, collaborative environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. The Paralegal will work closely with attorneys and clients throughout all stages of estate planning and estate and trust administration matters.


From preparing legal documents and managing case files to coordinating client communications and tracking important deadlines, the Paralegal plays an essential role in helping matters move forward efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate closely with attorneys to prepare for client meetings by organizing files, records, supporting documentation, and other relevant materials.
  • Draft, review, revise, and finalize estate planning documents, probate pleadings, trust administration documents, accountings, correspondence, and related legal documents.
  • Assist attorneys with probate, trust administration, estate planning, and related court or administrative filings.
  • Prepare and organize documents for execution, filing, and client delivery.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized electronic and physical matter files.
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients, courts, financial institutions, financial advisors, and other third parties.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and Firm information.
  • Monitor case deadlines, follow-up items, and assigned tasks to ensure matters progress in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify outstanding items and communicate with attorneys and team members regarding the status of matters.
  • Support Firm projects and contribute to a positive, organized, collaborative, and productive work environment.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum of 3 years of paralegal or comparable legal support experience, preferably involving Estate Planning, Probate, or Trust Administration.
  • Strong legal drafting, proofreading, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
  • Experience with legal practice-management software, such as Clio or a comparable platform.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and appropriate discretion.
  • Ability to follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Professional demeanor and a strong commitment to providing an excellent client experience.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a remote team environment.


Job Details


Job Type: Full-Time

Expected Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Work Location: Remote


Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $25-35 per hour
  • Paid time off for holidays
