We’re expanding our team of Customer Team Members in the Central Florida market and are looking for ambitious, entry-level professionals eager to develop into high-performing sales leaders. The Customer Team Member role offers hands-on training, mentorship from experienced professionals, and direct exposure to the business decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Team Member:
- Prospect and engage with small to mid-sized businesses to introduce industry-leading telecommunications solutions.
- Build and manage a portfolio of business clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat sales opportunities.
- Conduct in-person consultations with business owners and managers to assess needs and present tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team & fellow Customer Support & Sales Team Members to refine pitch strategies and improve close rates.
- Maintain accurate records of business interactions, proposals, and closed deals in CRM systems.
- Leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
Customer Team Member Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality (preferred, not required).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build credibility quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on challenges in a competitive sales environment.
- Reliable transportation for business meetings and client visits.
