  • Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including collecting medical histories, verifying insurance information, and updating electronic health records (EHR systems).
  • Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately.
  • Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort.
  • Support clinical procedures such as medication administration, wound dressing changes, X-ray preparation, and basic life support (BLS) protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and clinical equipment to uphold safety standards. .
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies while providing compassionate patient care.

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology essential for accurate patient assessment and documentation.
  • Experience working in outpatient clinics or hospital settings such as emergency departments or inpatient units.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems for efficient data entry and record management. .
  • Skilled in taking vital signs accurately and performing clinical procedures like medication administration under supervision.
  • Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations across outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Familiarity with hospital protocols related to Level I & II Trauma Centers is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage intake processes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation tasks. This role offers a vibrant environment where your proactive attitude fuels exceptional patient experiences while advancing your career in healthcare!

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
