Florida Sealcoating is a 20 year established asphalt and parking lot maintenance contractor serving commercial properties, HOAs, and national brands across Central Florida.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build your own pipeline (property managers, HOAs, commercial accounts) by generating your own leads
• Prospect daily through calls, visits, and networking
• Meet decision-makers and walk properties
• Create and present proposals
• Follow up consistently until deals are closed
• Track all activity in CRM
• Stay accountable to your numbers
• Attend trade shows and networking events

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in the field daily
• Strong communication skills
