What are the responsibilities and job description for the Safety Clerk position at FLORIDA ROCK & TANK LINES INC?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process New Hire Driver files
- Run MVR, Background checks & PSP’s
- Send out Reports on MVR’s, Physical’s & Driver’s licenses that are coming due
- Input DOT information into AIM and TMW
- Send out reminder on Annual bonuses
- Check Terminal bonuses against report and turn into Payroll Manager
- Coordinate and monitor random selection of Drug & Alcohol testing every quarter and file records
- Coordinate all aspects of certificates, plaques, gift cards etc for annual awards
- Distribute mail throughout the Safety Department
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
