As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our team, directly influencing our success and expansion. This is not a remote job, and the selected candidate will be expected to engage in field activities and client meetings across designated areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meeting 3-5 prospective clients per day through networking, referrals, and canvassing.
- Conducting roof assessments and inspections to provide accurate, professional estimates.
- Collaborating with sales management to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Expanding territory and helping customers find roofing solutions that best meet their needs.
- Representing Florida Quality Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and ensuring high quality of service.
- Attending weekly networking meetings (company-paid) and maintaining an active follow-up regime with clients to nurture leads and close sales.
- Motivated, confident, and results-oriented individual with a competitive but collaborative spirit.
- Experienced in sales or customer-facing roles; experience in home improvement or construction is a plus.
- Consistent performer who is self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for operating a company vehicle).
- Spanish bilingual preferred for candidates in the Miami-Dade area.
- Comfortable with field work, including driving, ladder work, and roof inspections.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with weekends as needed. Primarily field-based, with occasional office meetings.
- Must be available during business hours for clients and team communications, ensuring timely responses and continuous engagement.
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
