Now Hiring: Dispatcher & Install Coordinator (2 Immediate Openings)
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | $25.00 per Hour
Florida Pure Energy Water & Air is experiencing continued growth, and we're looking for two motivated, organized, and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Dispatcher & Install Coordinators.

Work Schedule
40 Hours Per Week
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- OR
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday rotation required
- Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installation appointments with customers.
- Dispatch installation jobs to technicians based on availability and location.
- Monitor daily installation schedules and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate with installers throughout the day regarding arrival times and job status.
- Maintain accurate customer and job records.
- Keep customers and management informed of scheduling updates and delays.
- Assist in resolving scheduling and customer service issues.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support as requested.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Dispatching platforms like Sales Force, Service Titan or other CRMs is preferred but not required
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
