- ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs under the supervision of the Maintenance Engineer.
- Perform basic functions that are mechanical inclined with hand tools and operate power tools. 3. Change light bulbs, A/C filters, filters, and ceiling tiles.
- Hook-up sinks and toilets/urinals.
- Take temperature readings and boiler room readings. Test generator and other equipment & pumps.
- Repair minor leaks less than 1” in diameter.
- Assist as required Maintenance Mechanic/Engineer with major projects.
