We are a growing hurricane impact window and door company seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Generate new residential and commercial sales opportunities.
- Meet with homeowners and contractors to provide product recommendations and estimates.
- Educate customers on hurricane impact windows and doors, product features, and available financing options.
- Prepare and present accurate sales proposals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with office staff and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Assist with product deliveries when needed, including unloading materials at job sites.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous experience selling hurricane impact windows and doors.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry 50–100 pounds when assisting with product delivery offloading.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Existing knowledge of South Florida building codes, permitting processes, and hurricane impact products.
- Experience using CRM software.
