Key Areas of Responsibility
- Creation of Sales Proposals and Management of the Sales proposal process
- Achievement of Sales Goals and Collaborative Teamwork
- Facilitate the Contract to Execution process
- Develop strong client relationships that create return business
- Communicate thoroughly with the client and the team to ensure seamless execution
- Develop & organize client proposal and quotes
- Ordering and Sourcing supplies through third party vendors
- Management of client contact and relationship through CRM program
- Collaborate with the Scenic and Production teams to create innovative and profitable concepts
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing or similar field is preferred
- 4 years of full-time related event or marketing experience is preferred
- Highly organized, self-motivated and able to multitask
- Strong sales & customer service related skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, CRMs & Inventory Management Software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical eye for detail and aesthetics, creative style
- Leadership skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
