Role Description The Cabinet Installer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Estero, FL. This role involves installing kitchen, bath, and outdoor cabinetry according to design specifications, layout plans, and building codes. The Cabinet Installer will measure and prepare installation sites, assemble and secure cabinets, and ensure proper alignment, functionality, and finish. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, using hand and power tools, coordinating with designers and contractors, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The installer will also perform minor adjustments and repairs, verify quality standards, and provide professional, respectful customer interaction on job sites.
Qualifications
- Cabinet installation skills, including measuring, leveling, and securing cabinets, and experience with kitchen, bath, and outdoor cabinetry.
- Proficiency with common hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, levels, tape measures) and safe tool operation.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
- Basic carpentry skills, including cutting, fitting, and finishing trim and panels.
- Strong attention to detail, quality workmanship, and problem-solving abilities on site.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with designers, contractors, and clients.
- Reliable transportation to Estero, FL job sites and ability to work a consistent full-time schedule.
- Physical ability to lift and move cabinets and materials, stand for extended periods, and work safely in varied site conditions.
