About Us: We've been in business for over 55 years, offering our clientele high quality flooring, designer tile, custom cabinetry, and stone countertops. Our book of business consists mainly of high-end residential and business new construction and remodels working with owners, designers, and architects.

As a Sales Associate, you will bring successful hands-on experience with our industry, substantial strategy skills, prowess throughout the sales process, dedication to superior customer service, be a relationship builder, and excel at closing sales. You should be a quick learner with a successful track record and someone who can lead by example to inspire and elevate performance in others.

We Offer Sales Associates:

Sales Associates Objectives and Responsibilities Include:

• Work with company leadership to develop sales goals, developing action plans, and analyzing performance data
• Meet with potential/existing clients and vendors to grow long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationship

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 years as a retail Sales Associate in the tile, cabinetry, and/or stone industry. Closely related experience may be considered
• A commitment to superior customer service and experiences
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Legally authorized to work in the US for any employer
• Valid driver's license
  
  

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or Management
• Motivational speaking skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Current resident of the Jacksonville area or within a reasonable daily commuting distance
