Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Grants Management Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for identifying, writing, and submitting grant proposals to secure funding for the organization's programs. Day-to-day tasks include researching grant opportunities, creating compelling grant narratives, maintaining records and deadlines, and collaborating with team members to align grant applications with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Grant writing and proposal development skills, with experience identifying funding opportunities
- Strong research, analytical, and writing abilities for crafting compelling grant narratives
- Experience with grant application processes, record-keeping, and meeting submission deadlines
- Knowledge of non-profit fundraising and budget preparation
- Proficient organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with education, debate programs, or nonprofit organizations is a plus
