Position Overview:
Are you a motivated individual who thrives on helping others and finding creative financial solutions? As our Member Service Representative, you'll be the go-to person for our members' financial needs, offering personalized solutions while adhering to our credit union’s policies and goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution.
- Sorts and delivers interdepartmental mail including notices and memoranda.
- Operates mail machines including the postage meter, photocopying machine, and mail folding and inserting machine.
- Maintains records of receipt, mailing dates, and other required information.
- Replenishes postage on the postage meter as needed.
- Stocks supplies needed for the mailroom.
What We're Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED
- A current driver’s license
