Job Description for Client Care Specialist/Marketing
As a Client Care Specialist at our home inspection company, you will be the friendly, professional voice and support system for our clients, agents, and partners. Your role is essential in delivering exceptional service from the first point of contact through the post-inspection process. You will handle scheduling, client communication, and follow-up with an emphasis on creating a positive, organized, and stress-free experience for every client. Periodically, you will attend events to represent our FBI companies.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Educate clients and real estate agents about our services, pricing, availability, and inspection process
- Schedule inspections based on client needs and inspector availability using scheduling software
- Confirm appointments, send reminders, and provide clients with preparation instructions
- Follow up with clients post-inspection to ensure satisfaction and assist with any questions
- Manage client information and communication records accurately
- Work closely with inspectors and other office staff to coordinate logistics and resolve issues quickly
- Assist with online reviews and client feedback collection
- Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed, including email campaigns and social media responses
- Help maintain a positive and professional brand image across all customer touchpoints
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, real estate, or administrative support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Warm, professional phone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- High school diploma (or GED) required, additional education or relevant certifications a plus
- Seeking a fluent Spanish–English speaker to enhance communication with clients/agents
- Familiar with Tampa Bay and surrounding area
- Self-Starter who works well independently and able to use sound judgement
