-Prepare detailed cost estimates, takeoffs, and bid proposals

-Review project plans, specification, and bid documents

-Solicit and evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotes

-Collaborate with project managers on scope and budgeting

-Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering

-Support bid strategy and negotiations

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
