What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Application Development position at FLORIDA ASSN CRT CLERKS INC?
The Director of Application Development reports to the Chief Operations Officer. This position provides management to the technical staff responsible for the on-going development, implementation and support of the Association’s software projects. The Director will plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design and development of organizational information systems and software. This includes maintaining, supporting, and upgrading new and existing software applications. This position is responsible for the direct technical analysis, design and support for FCCC technical projects. This involves hand-on technical work involving workflow analysis, application development, databases administration and other hardware/software/infrastructure design issues.

Education and Experience Required:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or relevant work experience, and at least 7 years progressive MIS experience including hands-on technical experience and 3 years of project management and /or supervisory experience.
