What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Florence Coffee Orange?
Florence Coffee Co. is searching for our next team member. We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service and time management skills. If you have little or no experience with coffee that is okay too, we are more than willing to teach you. Must be motivated, punctual and outgoing.

Shift times being offered:
Mon-Sunday 11:45-6:30
Pay: $10.30 per hour (not including tips after training is complete)
2 day/week minimum required
4 weekend days a month are required

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.30/hour.
