What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Florence Coffee Orange?
Florence Coffee Company is looking for multiple baristas to join our team to work the 11:50am-6:30pm shift. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. 3 days a week minimum required availability and weekend availability is a must. *current opening is limited to 3 shifts per week, totaling around 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Serving customers
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Accurately handle cash register operations
Qualifications
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment
- Ability to work effectively without direct supervision
