Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment efficiently
- Manage cash register transactions accurately while providing excellent service
- Restock supplies and ingredients to ensure smooth daily operations
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back
Skills
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation (nice-to-have)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask effectively while delivering outstanding customer service
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills in a team-oriented environment
