Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Florence, AL, for the position of [Job Title]. Qualifications

• Physical fitness and ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods, running, and other activities
• Decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to evaluate situations and respond effectively
• Experience or training in conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques, and fostering positive community relations
• Completion of a recognized police training academy or related certification is required
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• A valid driver’s license
• Prior experience in law enforcement or public safety is a bonus
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred
