About the Role
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations lead to serve as the systems and analytics backbone of FLORA’s go-to-market engine.
This role is for a builder: someone who loves stitching systems together, automating workflows, and turning messy GTM motions into a clean, scalable operating system. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product — ensuring our tools, data, and processes work together to drive clarity, velocity, and revenue.
This is a highly technical, highly strategic role. You won’t just maintain systems — you’ll architect how FLORA sells.
How You'll Make an Impact
Build & Own the GTM Operating System
- Architect and own FLORA’s revenue stack across CRM, enrichment, automation, analytics, billing, and attribution
- Ensure data flows cleanly between systems
- Design scalable GTM infrastructure that supports PLG, sales-assist, and outbound motions
Sales & Funnel Analytics
- Define and maintain core GTM metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, velocity, ACV, expansion, churn)
- Build dashboards and reporting that give Sales and Leadership real-time visibility into performance
- Partner with Sales to improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene
Automation & Enablement
- Design and implement automations that reduce manual work for Sales (routing, enrichment, tasking, follow-ups)
- Operationalize inbound and sales-assist flows to ensure high-intent users are handled quickly and intelligently
- Continuously identify bottlenecks and automate away friction
GTM Experimentation & Scale
- Support outbound and growth experiments with clean data, tooling, and measurement
- Rapidly spin up new GTM workflows, pilot programs, and tooling as the company evolves
- Document systems and processes so they scale with the team
What We're Looking For
- 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, or a similar systems-driven role, ideally in a PLG, SaaS startup environment.
- Deep hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling (CRMs, enrichment, automation, analytics).
- Strong technical orientation — comfortable configuring tools, building workflows, and working with APIs.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into operational insight.
- Builder mentality: you enjoy ambiguity and creating structure from scratch.
- Strong cross-functional communicator who can partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
- Detail-oriented, systems-obsessed, and opinionated about how great GTM infrastructure should work.
- Passionate, purpose-led, and all-in. You are obsessed with working towards our vision and spreading it to the world.
- Hustle and work ethic. You are known for going the extra mile(s). You roll up your sleeves and consider no task beneath you.
- Relentless focus on efficiency and effectiveness. You prioritize the highest-leverage activities that have the highest ROI.
- Ownership mindset. You act like an owner - you have the highest standards of accountability for your work and proactively improve anything you see.
- Nimble. You iterate continuously (without spinning wheels), execute with an extreme sense of urgency (every minute counts), and dive into new problems & opportunities seamlessly.
- High bar for excellence low ego. You're driven to win at the highest level. You seek and welcome feedback, and do what's best for the company and team.
- Service mentality. You constantly think about how you can serve and provide value to others - to customers, partners, and teammates.
- Daring. You bring to life bold, original ideas.
