Position Overview:
We are looking for a Brand Manager who can not only help us perform but also bring an innovative approach that has the potential to change the rules of our industry.
As a Brand Manager you will be an integral part of a dynamic, cross-functional hub working alongside professionals specializing in marketing, design, as well as social and digital expertise. Together, your team will ensure an authentic, meaningful, relevant, and engaging end-to-end brand experience for our consumers. This role demands quick thinking, creativity, innovation, and an entrepreneurial spirit is not just a bonus—it's a necessity.


Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Head of Design and Consumer Experience and the broader team to align on vision and strategy, ensuring consistent execution of the brand narrative across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members focused on design and social and digital to create a seamless and impactful end-to-end consumer experience.
  • Lead and integrate cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and consumer-centricity.

Consumer Focus:

  • Promote a consumer-first mindset within the team, ensuring that all brand efforts deeply resonate with our target audience.
  • Leverage consumer insights to generate and validate marketing strategies and executions.

Brand Continuity:

  • Ensure that each brand interaction is meaningful and relevant, enhancing consumers' perception and experience of the Violife brand.
  • Supervise the brand's presence across all channels, maintaining authenticity and engagement in every interaction.
  • Creative and Strategic Leadership:
  • Lead the campaigns development process, inspiring the team and agencies to create innovative campaigns that engage and motivate our audience.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, conduct comprehensive consumer research, and conduct competitive analyses to guide strategic decisions.
  • Marketing Implementation:
  • Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring they yield a high return on investment and elevate brand awareness.
  • Provide leadership and direction to external agencies, ensuring they align with the brand's strategic goals and internal brand vision.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager, with a strong track record of driving brand growth.
  • Skilled in working within a cross-functional team environment, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • In-depth understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and the digital marketing landscape.
  • Leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for inspiring brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in the food industry is highly valued.
