Duties
- Review site conditions to develop precise flooring estimates for residential projects
- Conduct on-site measurements and inspections to gather accurate data for cost calculations
- Prepare detailed cost proposals, including material, labor & product using a flooring program
- Follow-up with customers
- Assist in contract review
Skills
- Proficiency in measuring
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and installation techniques specific to residential flooring is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to secure the contract
- Experience with residential site assessments, measurements, and quality is a plus
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams
