Floorplan Xpress is looking for a Training and HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is highly focused on employee training, new hire support, learning materials, and ongoing employee development, while also assisting with select Human Resources responsibilities such as payroll, applicant review, onboarding, and employee record updates.
The right person for this role will enjoy teaching others, creating organized training materials, learning new systems, and helping employees feel prepared and supported in their roles. This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage several moving pieces at once.
What You'll Do
- Create, update, and maintain training materials, quizzes, job aids, and learning resources.
- Assist with New Employee Orientation and new hire training.
- Manage training assignments and track employee completion.
- Support company-wide training initiatives and required annual training.
- Help employees and managers with training questions and follow-up.
- Assist with weekly payroll processing and payroll reports.
- Review applications and assist with the hiring process.
- Help with onboarding, employee record updates, and basic HR administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidential employee and company information.
- Support special projects, audits, communications, and process updates as needed.
