Flooring Systems, Inc. is currently looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager.
Flooring Systems is a leading commercial Flooring Company in the Midwest, performing carpet, resilient, hardwood, and ceramic installations.
Communication, organization, and teamwork are key attributes required in this position. Knowledge and understanding of the commercial construction process are a plus.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
· Review estimates for actual quantities
· Set up jobs in the Project Management System
· Obtain submittals as required
· Order and track materials
· Provide customer delivery dates
· Take-off and price change orders
· Create an invoice for work completed
· Complete closeout documents as required
Drug Test and Background check required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50k - $60k DOE per year
