Summary/objective
The granite warehouse employee is responsible for loading and unloading natural stone, quartz, and solid surfaces.
Essential functions

- Assure for the quantity and quality of material for sales and transfers.
- Move slabs for viewings via a forklift.
- Arrange slabs properly by forklift in warehouse.
- Maintain yard and forklift in working order.
- Must be able to pass forklift certification
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; Placing orders in the delivery area.
- Ensure that all merchandise is securely packed and labeled for shipment.
- Provide a quality service following the standards of the organization.
- Preserves safe and clean work environments by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations tidy and tidy.
- Promoted the clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Contributes to the team's effort by achieving related results as needed.
- Help with training new employees

Education and experience required:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent

- Ability to work on feet for long hours
- Understanding security protocols and requirements
- Experience in shipping and/or receiving
