Job Overview
Flooring and Equipment Company is looking for a full-time, experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. We appreciate a person who pays attention to detail and enjoys working with numbers. The right candidate will be professional, organized, dependable, self-motivated, and a good team player.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee vendor management by coordinating supplies, services, and contractual agreements
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Record keeping: Collect, organize, and store financial records, such as cash flow statements, and profit and loss statements
- Balance all bank and credit cards statements for accuracy
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
- Manage customer invoices and check payments
- Review monthly expenses and schedule for payments according to due dates
Requirements
- Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience
- Prior experience with Quickbooks is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
