Responsibilities:
- Manage cabinet projects from consultation to installation, ensuring timelines, budgets & quality standards are met
- Meet with clients to discuss retail and new-build cabinet projects - guide them through design & product selections
- Use 2020 design software to create layouts, recommend materials, prepare proposals & close sales
- Coordinate with vendors to order cabinets, trims & other project materials
- Collaborate with contractors, installers & warehouse teams to schedule deliveries & installations
- Oversee installations to ensure high-quality workmanship & customer satisfaction
- Communicate project updates with clients & quickly resolve challenges as they arise
- Track project costs, job closeouts & reporting within RFMS
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, maintain strong profit margins & support team success
- Help with additional projects or tasks as priorities shift
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years' proven work experience as a Construction Supervisor, Cabinet Design, Project Coordinator, Remodeling Specialist, or similar role.
- Knowledge of 2020 design software, ProKitchen or Cabinet Vision (REQUIRED)
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
- Ability to pass a drug test (REQUIRED)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
- Strong leadership skills & ability to delegate effectively
- Ability to adapt & respond quickly to a shifting reality so initiatives/priorities are adjusted accordingly
- Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Time management & detail oriented
- Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Strong personal & professional ethics
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to read floor plans & diagrams
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus - but willing to train
