Role Description This full-time, on-site Office Manager role is based in Fredericksburg, VA. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care. The Office Manager will support the sales and installation teams by preparing documents, processing orders, tracking job progress, and updating records in company systems.
