Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Fredericksburg, VA. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day office operations, including managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and maintaining organized records and files. The Office Administrator will greet and support customers, assist with project documentation, process invoices and payments, and work closely with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth job coordination.
