We are currently seeking a full-time RN for our new location!
***Candidates must be able to orient at our Delray Beach location for a minimum of 3 weeks - Company will pay accomodations. While a standard orientation timeline is provided, the Director of Nursing reserves the right to modify the length of orientation on a case-by-case basis as deemed necessary to ensure the competency and readiness of the new employee.
Infusion Nurse
Infusion Registered Nurse Position Responsibilities Summary:
The Infusion Nurse reports to the Director of Nursing and is responsible for providing clinical services. The infusion nurse is responsible for the quality; adequacy of services provided and may, when required, supervise staff. Administers clinical care, and prepares progress notes and summaries of care. Keeps the Director of Nursing, physician, and other personnel informed of changes in the client’s condition.
Infusion Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Infusion nurse with current unencumbered licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of Florida.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from an accredited Nursing program.
- Minimum of five (5) years of documented experience required. Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with two (2) years experience in infusion care, preferred.
- Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills.
- Comply with accepted professional standards of practice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytic/Critical thinker.
- Ability to start IV lines on difficult patients.
- Pediatric experience is a plus.
- Port access experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, staff, and the community.
- Treat clients, staff, and the public with courtesy, and respect and present a positive image.
- Understands regulatory compliance, federal regulations including but not limited to OSHA, HIPAA.
- Position includes tasks that have the potential for exposure to blood and other potentially infectious material (OPIM) such as body fluids/tissues.
Infusion Registered Nurse Physical Requirements:
The Infusion Nurse must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the ability of the client. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
