Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Barista who takes pride in consistently crafting high-quality drinks and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate understands the importance of following standards and maintaining the same level of quality for every order.
Responsibilities (may include):
- Prepare and serve drinks with strict consistency in taste and presentation
- Follow recipes and café standards without shortcuts
- Provide friendly, attentive, and consistent customer service
- Take customer orders using POS system (Toast experience is a plus)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Restock ingredients and assist with daily prep
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Communicate effectively with team members during busy hours
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently follow recipes and standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable and punctual
- Open availability preferred, especially weekday afternoons and Saturdays
