What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant position at Flodraulic?
Objective: Performs clerical administrative duties as required by maintaining accounts receivable records and performing a variety of administrative and financial support tasks.
Essential Functions:
1. Welcome incoming visitors into the building and handle as appropriate
2. Answer and forward incoming 800# switchboard calls
3. Data entry of new customer accounts and routing for appropriate approval
4. Data entry of account tax coding per guidelines provided
5. Completion of vendor set-up forms/packages
6. Manage incoming emails to AR@ mailbox and respond/file/forward as appropriate
7. Incoming/outgoing daily mail
8. Perform other clerical requests or special projects as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is an hourly, full time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education & Experience:
· High school diploma or GED equivalent.
· 1-2 years in an office environment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
