Position Summary
We're seeking a full-time, highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist who wants to work in a challenging, yet rewarding, fast-paced Accounting Department. We are a 2nd Generation family-owned business who truly sees the importance of every member on our team. Though we are not a firm that overly defines the roles of our employees, the AR Specialist will work closely with our Director of Accounts Receivable & Billing, ensuring timely billing, collections and all the ancillary duties therein. This position has room for advancement!
Key Responsibilities
- Service contract billing
- Customer set-up and maintenance in database
- General billing
- Reconciling customer statements
- Managing Accounts in collection
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- 2 or more years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting position
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Possess excellent time management skills with a focus on deadlines

- Salary $22.00-$26.00 per hour
