This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial HVAC Technician based in Hockessin, DE. The selected candidate will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently. The role also involves handling plumbing tasks, following safety protocols, and meeting client expectations with high-quality service.
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Proficiency in preventive maintenance and basic plumbing tasks
- Knowledge of EPA standards and electricity in relation to HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- HVAC certification or relevant trade qualification is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Prior experience with commercial HVAC systems is a plus
