Flippo Construction is seeking a reliable, self-motivated, team oriented Office Engineer with a minimum of one (1) years construction experience. The Office Engineer will need to possess an Associate Degree or equivalent experience. The Office Engineer must have job costing experience; be familiar with purchase and change orders; maintain budgets; obtain permits; monitor production; manage multiple tasks and supervise multiple individuals. Basic knowledge of contract law and negotiating skills as well as computer experience are required. The Office Engineer needs to be well organized, exhibit good problem solving techniques, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
