What We're Looking For:
- Possess a sense of urgency
- Must have 1 years of pizza experience
- Team player mentality
- Enjoys working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas
- Must be 18 years or older to use our mixer and food processor
- Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
- Making & managing fresh dough – made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
- Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
- Clean as you go
- Training for each of the necessary skills, no restaurant experience needed
